NAACP Convention calls for a National March!

Fresh off of returning from the 106th NAACP National convention, I’d like to say thanks to all of you who support the important work of social justice! The theme of this years convention was “Pursuing Liberty in the face of Injustice” acknowledging the ongoing journey America is on toward the goal and spirit found in the establishment of the United States Constitution in which it states “We the people” We as a Nation at this time grapple with this idea. To move forward there is need of sustain efforts, and commitments, to seeking unity by pursuing fairness, balance and dignity for all people. In that spirit there has been a call from our National Executive board for a National March Titled “America’s Journey for Justice” a March from Selma, Alabama to Washing ton DC to be held beginning August 1st and culminating in a mass rally in Washington on September 16th. Stay Tuned for more updates. or contact us if you’d like to help with this project in any way.
