International Human Rights Day-

The Eugene Human Rights Commission will host a community conversation tomorrow, December 10, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Atrium Building (99 W 10th Avenue). The event will include a proclamation by Mayor Lucy Vinis, a keynote address by Clarice Wilsey, and a speakers panel on perspectives on hate and bias in Eugene.
