Find the Submission Method:

Go to the NAACP website.  Under the heading “Upcoming Events” look for the “Submit Event”button or link on the Tockify calendar. There is a dedicated submission form accessible via the calendar or a related page.

Complete the Form:

Fill out the required fields, which may include:

Your Name & Contact Email

Event Title

Description (Who, what, where, when, why)

Date and Time

Location

Contact Information (email or phone)

Link to Register or Purchase Tickets

Link to Virtual Event

Keywords/Tags (to help others find your event)

Event Image (Flier)

Submit the Event:

Once completed, click Submit to send your event for review.

Event Approval:

An event administrator will review your submission. If approved, your event will be published on the calendar.

Be detailed: A clear, thorough description helps attract interest and builds trust.

Include links: Make it easy for attendees to register or access your event.

Use keywords/tags: These improve searchability on the calendar.

Proofread: Ensure your submission is accurate and polished.
